Hello, visitors from SpringCon! As you can see, we’re currently on hiatus. However, if enough of you show interest in the comic, we may bring it back a lot sooner than planned. You need to let us know, though, so throw in a comment below. Thanks!
If you read the comic above and wonder, “WTF are these guys doing?” let me spell it out for you; Kip and I seem to be getting a lot busier. It all seems to be in the work department as well.
In the last few weeks, we’ve been coming up with comics at the last minute and we feel that the quality has suffered. So, until we can find more time to focus on the comic, we’re going to take a break.
WE ARE NOT GIVING UP on the comic, just stepping away for awhile. During that time, we’re hoping to script out the comics well in advance, which will give both of us time to put some effort into the comic, which give you, the reader, a better finished product. Also, I plan on reading up on some Photoshop techniques to improve my art, so you’ve got that to look forward to.
Another thing we’ll be working on is our other project we haven’t mentioned in awhile, The OnlineInternetWebComicShow (OIWCS). You guys may remember that little web series we put together last year. We’re currently working on season 2, and we’re giving ourselves a lot more time for it this season than we did the last.
The last thing we’re working on is something only a select few people know about. It’ll be something else that will take up our time, but our hopes for that project are high. We’ll probably discuss more of that between ourselves after we finish OIWCS. Rest assured, though, that it’s something we’re looking forward to, and we feel you guys will enjoy it as well.
Don’t fret, loyal fans, That’d Be Sweet will resume when we’ve got the time and energy that this comic and you deserve.
